Sleepmills provides reflective, creative, and educational services. The services are not medical care, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, legal advice, emergency support, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
DREAM-RELATED WORK
Dream Insight offers possibilities and questions for reflection. It does not claim to reveal a single true meaning, predict events, or make factual claims about a person based only on a dream.
AI-ASSISTED WORK
Modern AI tools may assist with writing, image creation, audio, organization, or research. Human attention guides the request, boundaries, selection, adjustment, and final delivery. Some requested content may be declined or changed for safety, quality, legal, or technical reasons.
REQUESTS, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
Submitting a request is free and does not require payment. Standard one-off service requests are $5.99. Sleepmills normally sends a personal reply within 1–2 days. Work begins after payment or the required membership credit and request details are confirmed. Delivery normally takes 1–3 days after confirmation. If additional time or a different scope is needed, it will be explained before work begins.
MEMBERSHIP CREDITS
The $9.99 monthly membership includes four service credits each monthly billing period. One credit covers one standard service request. Credits renew monthly, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable. An unusual or out-of-scope request may require separate agreement before any credit is used. Membership availability and fulfillment remain subject to reasonable studio capacity.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Recurring membership payments can be cancelled through PayPal. Membership benefits remain available through the end of the current paid period. If a one-off invoice is paid and work has not started, contact Sleepmills promptly to request cancellation. Once custom digital work has started or been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed. Problems are reviewed fairly based on the agreed scope and work completed.
CONTENT AND PERMISSION
You must have the right to submit the material you provide. Your request is private by default. Anonymous or credited sharing requires clear permission and may be withdrawn for future uses by contacting Sleepmills, although previously authorized and completed uses may not always be reversible.
