HOW IT WORKS
Choose a starting point. Select Dream Insight, Dream Sight, Imagine Story, or Sleep Education. Choose Concierge when you are unsure or have an unusual request.
Complete the intake form. Share your dream, preferences, topic, story idea, and anything you want to avoid. Submitting a form is free and does not require payment.
Receive a personal reply. Sleepmills normally replies within 1–2 days with the confirmed next step.
Confirm payment or membership credit. Standard one-off requests are $5.99. Members use one credit for one standard service request.
Receive your work. After payment or a credit and the request details are confirmed, delivery normally takes 1–3 days. If more time is needed, you will be told before work begins.
COMMON QUESTIONS
When do I pay?
After your request is reviewed, Sleepmills sends a $5.99 PayPal invoice for a standard one-off request. Members receive confirmation that one credit will be used. Concierge does not require payment simply to ask where to start.
How does membership work?
Membership is $9.99 per month and includes four service credits each monthly billing period. One credit covers one standard service request. Credits renew monthly, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
How long does delivery take?
Sleepmills normally sends a personal reply within 1–2 days. Delivery normally takes 1–3 days after payment or a credit and the request details are confirmed. Unusual requests may take longer, but you will be told before work begins.
Does AI do all of the work?
No. Modern AI tools may assist with drafts, images, organization, audio, or research. Human attention guides the request, boundaries, selection, adjustment, and final delivery.
Does Dream Insight tell me what my dream definitely means?
No. It offers possible themes and questions for you to consider. You decide what resonates with your life and experience.
Is my request private?
Private is the default. Anonymous or credited sharing still requires clear permission for the specific use.
Can I request a deadline?
Yes. Include the requested date in your intake form. Sleepmills will confirm whether it is realistic before work begins.
What about refunds?
If an invoice is paid and work has not started, contact Sleepmills promptly to request cancellation. Once custom digital work has started or been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed. Problems are reviewed fairly based on the agreed scope and work completed.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. Sleepmills does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, crisis support, medical advice, or professional sleep treatment.
