Sleepmills is a small studio that creates one-on-one dream and bedtime services. Everything is shaped around what you share and what you want, with clear boundaries and a calm tone.
You can start in two ways:
Choose a service directly
Dream Insight (written reflection), Dream Sight (dream art set), Imagine Story (custom bedtime story), or Sleep Education (bedtime learning digest).
Start with the Sleepmills Concierge Session
If you are not sure what to choose—or you have a specific custom request—submit the Concierge form and you will receive a clear next step by email.
Each service has a short intake form. You share your dream, preferences, topic, and anything you want to avoid. This is how your request becomes specific and personal.
For standard services, I typically email a PayPal invoice after you submit the form.
For Concierge, you receive next steps first, and payment only happens if you choose to proceed.
I create your reflection, art set, story, or digest and deliver it by email within the stated timeframe (or the agreed timeframe for custom work).
If something is unclear, you can reply to the delivery email with a brief question. Small clarifications are fine. Large changes or new directions may require a new request.
Sleepmills also offers an optional membership for people who want ongoing monthly benefits. Members may receive things like monthly credits and/or service discounts (depending on the current membership plan). If you are a member, mention it in your intake form so I can apply the correct benefits when invoicing and confirming your request.
You can read more on the Membership page.
Sleepmills uses PayPal invoices sent by email. This keeps payment simple and trackable.
Standard services: usually after the form, before delivery (via the invoice).
Concierge: you receive next steps first; you only pay if you decide to proceed.
Flexible timing: in some cases (especially for returning clients or small follow-ups), pay-after delivery may be approved.
I match your intake form and invoice using your email address (or the PayPal email you indicate on the form).
Yes, sometimes. If a custom request is larger than a standard service, I may offer a deposit-based approach (example: deposit to begin, remainder on delivery). The details will be confirmed by email before anything begins.
Each service page lists a typical timeframe. Most work is delivered within that window after your request is confirmed and payment timing is handled.
Delivery is by email:
Written work may be in the email body or shared as a document link.
Dream Sight images are shared as a folder or download link.
Yes. Include any time constraints in your intake form. I will confirm whether it is realistic before proceeding.
Concierge is the “start here” option:
if you’re not sure which service fits, or
if you want a custom request that doesn’t fit the standard categories.
You will receive a next-step recommendation by email (and a custom scope/price first if needed).
Yes—when they fit within Sleepmills’ creative, reflective, or educational scope. If a request is too broad, not a fit, or unrealistic within your timeframe, I will tell you directly and suggest a simpler alternative.
Sometimes. Sleepmills may use modern AI tools as helpers (for drafting, organizing, or generating candidates), but humans make the final decisions about tone, boundaries, and what is delivered. Work is curated and edited before it is sent.
No. Sleepmills does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, crisis support, or medical advice. Everything here is creative, reflective, or educational.
If you are in crisis, feeling unsafe, or dealing with serious mental health or medical issues, contact licensed professionals, local emergency services, or a crisis hotline in your area. Sleepmills is not set up for emergency or clinical support.
Your intake forms include a privacy choice. You can request:
Fully private (default)
Anonymous use allowed (identifying details removed)
Shareable with credit (name/handle you provide)
Your choice controls if and how your content may ever appear in future examples or public work.
Small clarifications and minor adjustments are usually fine if something is unclear. Large changes (new direction, major rewrites, new dream/topic) may require a new request.
Because these are custom digital services, refunds depend on timing and scope:
If you paid an invoice and work has not started, you can request cancellation and I will usually approve it.
If work has already started or has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed, but I aim to be fair and reasonable—especially if something was clearly off from what was agreed.
If you have a problem, reply to the delivery email and explain what’s wrong. I will respond with the most practical solution.
