Help us find the right request
Write from the email address connected to your Sleepmills account when possible. Include the request identifier shown in Request History and a short description of the issue.
Never send sensitive credentials.
Do not email your password, password-reset link, PayPal password, complete card number, or private access token. Sleepmills will never ask for those items.

Account and payment safety
Sleepmills payment checkout is handled through PayPal. Sleepmills does not need your PayPal password or complete payment-card information to investigate an order. If you believe someone accessed your Sleepmills account, reset your password and email support promptly.
Sleepmills is not an emergency service
Sleepmills services are creative and educational. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis response, or emergency support.
