1. Agreement

By creating an account, submitting a request, or purchasing or using a Sleepmills service, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase services or agree to production terms. Sleepmills is not directed to children under 13.

2. Accounts

Provide a valid email address and accurate information needed to operate your account. Keep your password and private account links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Your private library is an access service, not the only copy you should ever keep of important material. Download or retain personal copies of work you cannot afford to lose.

3. Requests, scope, and production

Sleepmills provides one-off creative and educational services, which may include Dream Insight, Dream Sight, Imagine Story, Sleep Education, updates to living works, and custom Concierge requests.

Submitting a request is free and does not guarantee acceptance, price, completion date, or a particular production method. Sleepmills may decline a request that is unsafe, unlawful, infeasible, outside available capacity, or inconsistent with the service.

Before paid production, Sleepmills will present either a published fixed price or a reviewed custom quote. A custom quote may describe deliverables, timing, revisions, media, or other limitations. The accepted quote and these terms form the service agreement for that order. Material additions—such as new chapters, images, narration, formats, or research—may require a separate request and price.

Sleepmills may use human production, AI-assisted tools, or both. Human review shapes the final delivery, but it does not guarantee that every error or undesired interpretation will be found.

4. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

PayPal processes checkout. Production begins only after Sleepmills verifies payment, unless Sleepmills explicitly approves the scope at no charge. Taxes or currency conversion may apply where required or imposed by a payment provider.

Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. A payment dispute or chargeback does not expand the agreed scope and may pause production or account delivery access while the transaction is investigated.

5. Content you provide

You keep your rights in original content you submit. You give Sleepmills a limited permission to host, copy, process, adapt, and disclose that content to authorized personnel and service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, fulfill the request, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Your sharing preference is not publication consent. Sleepmills may publish a specific finished work only after obtaining separate approval from you. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Delivered work and permitted use

Unless a quote states different rights, a fully paid customer may use the delivered work for personal, noncommercial purposes and may privately share it with friends or family. Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, merchandise, paid publication, or representing the work as professional medical or psychological advice requires a separate written agreement.

Sleepmills retains rights in its pre-existing materials, platform, processes, templates, branding, and general production methods. Because some work may be AI-assisted or draw on general ideas, Sleepmills does not promise that every element is exclusive, unique, registrable, or protected by copyright.

Living works can receive later releases or revisions, but a previous purchase does not include unlimited future chapters, images, audio, updates, storage formats, or production. The agreed quote controls what is included.

7. Creative, educational, and wellness boundaries

Sleepmills does not provide medical diagnosis, mental-health treatment, therapy, legal advice, or emergency support. Dream Insight explores possibilities and patterns without claiming one certain meaning. Sleep Education is general educational content and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Sleep, dream, relaxation, learning, and creative outcomes differ from person to person. Sleepmills does not guarantee sleep improvement, dream control, symptom relief, learning performance, emotional outcomes, or any particular interpretation.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Sleepmills to violate law; harm, threaten, exploit, or deceive another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; interfere with the platform; evade payment; or request prohibited or unsafe production.

Sleepmills may reject content, pause work, restrict access, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, payment integrity, or legal compliance. When practical, Sleepmills will explain the action and address access to already paid work or any appropriate refund.

9. Availability and changes to the service

Sleepmills is an evolving independent service. Features, providers, service descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Changes do not retroactively alter a paid order’s confirmed scope without agreement. Planned maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may delay access or delivery.

10. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Sleepmills is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in an accepted quote. Sleepmills does not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect security, or error-free creative output.

To the extent permitted by law, Sleepmills will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Sleepmills’ aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid Sleepmills for that order. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Changes, interpretation, and contact

Sleepmills may update these terms. Material changes apply prospectively and may be communicated through the website or account email. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which Sleepmills operates, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
